Temporary priority road signs are used to indicate which lane of traffic has priority over the other. This is most commonly seen during temporary lane closures. If there is not a clear indication of which motorist has priorty and which motorist should give way, then there is liekly to be either an accident due to both vehicles travelling down a single lane, or traffic due to motorists being cautious.

Our priority over oncoming vehicles sign shows the driver that they have right of way, whereas the give way to oncoming vehicles sign shows a driver that they should allow vehicles travelling in the opposite direction to come through before proceeding.
