These Modern Rectangular Planters also come in a slick powder-coated finish as opposed to the weather rustic alternative we offer. The three most popular colours we sell are Black, Anthracite and Dove Grey but we offer any RAL colour available – please contact our sales team if you require a colour not listed. The heavy-duty steel is zinc primed to give the planter a comprehensive undercoat with your colour providing a long-lasting durable finish.
Most commonly used in garden areas such as patios, planters are also found in commercial environments to spruce up communal spaces and can also be placed indoors as stylish features for the space. There is zero maintenance required to set up or to maintain the base – when placing the planter in its location, it simply requires being filled with soil and plants.
Drainage holes are located at the bottom of the planters to give plants the drainage they need to allow moisture to escape and stay healthy.
Made from premium UK-manufactured solid steel, they are built to last coming with refined design features to provide a better quality product with a neat finish you will be happy with. The planters have a double-folded return lip feature, unlike other planters on the market which leave a steel edge or single fold. This is done by folding the steel sheets to form each side of the trough and fully seam welding the corners and connecting sides to provide this excellent corner and edge detail by our professional fabricators. With this done manually, each planter will have a unique finish adding to its charm and ultimately give it magnificent strength to withstand all conditions over time.
These planters are stunning and built to your own specification – we have a wide range of heights, lengths and depths available for you to select.
All heavy gauge steel planters in our range are 2mm thick.
Please Note: Due to the natural weathering process as the natural patina develops, the “runoff” from rainwater and watering may stain the surface the planter is placed upon. This is a higher risk during the 1st 6 months of the weathering process.
