Sealtex Ultra Coverall
Fully waterproof High Visibility coverall with storm flaps, pack away hood, and welded seams. Available in both orange and yellow
This is an incredibly high quality, premium hi visibility and waterproof coverall. Sealtex material technology is used to ensure a fantastic waterproof performance and to give the wearer the comfort and flexibility they need to carry out their work effectively. The fabric is incredibly soft but tough and durable. It will breath to ensure the wearer doesn’t get too hot and humid when the zip is fully closed.
This fit is specifically designed to be worn over other work clothes such as the Hi-Vis Combat Trousers or Cotton Comfort Polo, Cotton Comfort Short Sleeve T-Shirt, or Hi-Vis Sweatshirt.
It has a large, two way zip down the front of the waterproof boiler suit for easy access, even when wearing gloves such as Flexo Grip Nitrile Glove or MR Cut PU Palm Glove, once closed the zip is then protected from rain with two storm flaps. This ensures that even if a storm flap opens during working the additional flap will still keep rain from leaking through the zip.
The seams of this hi visibility waterproof coverall are welded to prevent water from leaking through the stitching in the seam. The reflective technology in the high-vis tape is heat-sealed onto the garment to prevent any rain water leaking through stitching.
In addition the hi-vis coverall has side access openings and a concealed waterproof hood so it can fold away when no longer in use. Elasticated and stud adjustable cuff ensures a secure fit and prevent rain and cold entering the inside of the garment through the sleeves.
This waterproof all in one coverall is tested to WP 5,000mm. The test conducted on waterproof garments included placing one end of a long tube against the garment. The tube is then gradually filed with water and when the fabric starts to allow water through it, the test is stopped and a reading taken. 5,000mm in the context of this waterproof means that the tube was filled with 5,000mm/ 5 meters/ 16.4 feet(!) of water before the water started to leak through the fabric. So, the theory being that you could stand out in the rain until 5,000mm of rain fell on you before it would leak!
As expected for a piece of waterproof hi visibility clothing, it is certified to the highest class, class 3 standard: EN ISO 20471. It is therefore suitable for a range of industries including construction, manufacturing, engineering, utilities etc.
